All the families with whom we work are carefully selected. They are regularly visited and we have worked with certain families for a number of years. We would strongly recommend this form of accommodation.

The family prepares an individual, comfortable and practical room . They come to meet you from the station or the airport at La Rochelle, do a tour of town, show you the methods of transport  for you to get around, go to the school and indicate to you the sites to visit and sometimes can accompany you. They are always available to help and to advise you.

You can share breakfast and an evening meal with the family which will help you to improve your linguistic skills and exchange your experiences and ideas.

This cohabitation reveals itself to be an enriching experience as well as linguistic and cultural and you will remember it with pleasure.

For a short  placement

In an individual room . 2 options : B+B or half-board

-          1 night  B+B rate : 20,00 €

-          1 night half-board 24,50€

For a long placement

If your stay lasts longer than 1 month there are 2 options:

• Bedroom only : 350€ per month, to which it is necessary to add the price of meals taken by the student with the family: 2,50€ per breakfast / 5€ per lunch and 5€ per evening meal.

• The bedroom, all inclusive (half board during the week and full board on Saturdays , Sundays and Bank holidays): 570€ per month.

PLEASE NOTE!

For stays of longer than 1 month :

A deposit of 200€ will be requested of you at the beginning of your stay. Naturally it will be reimbursed to you at the end of your stay if no degradation of the property has been witnessed. In addition you must  leave the accommodation , giving back your keys which were handed to you at the start of your stay.
